By accessing and using DataDives Convert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

DataDives Convert provides a free online file conversion service that converts CSV, JSON, and XML files to Apache Parquet format. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload files you have the right to process
• Not upload malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content
• Comply with the 200MB file size limit
• Not abuse or overload the service
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service

Data Retention

Uploaded and converted files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We are not responsible for data loss if you fail to download files within this timeframe.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical issues, or other factors may cause temporary downtime.

Limitation of Liability

DataDives Convert is provided free of charge. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of our service. Use at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded files. We claim no ownership of your data. The DataDives name, logo, and service are proprietary to DataDives.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
